Signup privacy notice

Effective September 21, 2026. This notice describes this membership signup website.

What we collect

The signup form collects your artist name, contact name, email, music/website link, plan preference, brand brief, visual preferences, references, source assets and consent. The private creative portal also stores uploaded files, delivery versions, feedback, approvals and your sign-in identifier. We store a request identifier and timestamps. Short-lived hashed request-origin counters help limit spam. If checkout is enabled, we also store Stripe customer, checkout and subscription identifiers and subscription status.

Why we collect it

We use these details to respond to your enrollment request, discuss your artist agreement, arrange onboarding and administer membership billing. Your details are not published in a public artist directory. This form does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing.

Payments and service providers

When enabled, Stripe hosts checkout and processes card information. This website does not collect or store full card numbers. The website and enrollment database use OpenAI Sites hosting infrastructure. Google Fonts supplies the typefaces used on this page and may receive ordinary web-request metadata.

Login and sales reporting

Supabase verifies your email login, and Resend delivers login codes. Secure session cookies keep you signed in. Shopify sends order-line information used to report sales, discounts, refunds and fulfillment. The artist dashboard excludes buyer names, email addresses and shipping addresses. Artists can access only their assigned collections; the owner can access store-wide reporting.

Retention and requests

Enrollment information is kept for the signup relationship and any resulting membership, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion through UNKNVNTNL.
