Membership terms

Monthly memberships

Starter is $49 USD per month, Artist is $99 USD per month, and Headliner is $299 USD per month. Memberships renew monthly until cancelled. Plan design and revision allowances are shown on the signup page.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel before the next renewal to prevent the next membership charge. Monthly fees are non-refundable once billed, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Cancellation does not reverse amounts already billed. Your membership continues through the end of the paid billing period. Contact your merch team to coordinate any unfinished work before that date.

Creative process and turnaround

The first design proposal is delivered within three days after verified payment and receipt of all required assets and creative direction. All pre-payment pitch concepts are preliminary. Official creative work begins after payment. Final designs are developed with the artist and require approval before launch. This is a design-proposal timeframe, not a garment-production or delivery promise.

Revenue share and artist payments

In addition to the monthly membership fee, UNKNVNTNL receives 20% of merchandise profit: merchandise revenue after discounts and merchandise refunds, less production costs. Shipping charges and taxes are excluded from this calculation. The artist receives the remaining 80% of positive merchandise profit. Production costs are separate from the membership fee. No other cost category is deducted under this formula.

For example, $100 of merchandise revenue after discounts and refunds, less $40 in production costs, leaves $60 of profit: $12 for UNKNVNTNL and $48 for the artist. Shipping and taxes are excluded. The example is illustrative, not an earnings guarantee.

Artist payments are made monthly after funds clear and production costs and refunds are reconciled. Statements will identify merchandise revenue, deductions, profit and the revenue split. No percentage share is due on a non-positive profit amount. Earnings shown as pending are not finalized or available for payment. Automated artist payouts are not currently enabled.

Your creative assets

Only submit material you own or have permission to use. You retain rights in the materials you supply and authorize UNKNVNTNL to use them to develop your commissioned designs and, only after your final approval, display and sell your collection. No unapproved design will launch. Any broader transfer of intellectual property requires a separate written agreement. Enrollment and payment

While payments are disabled, submitting the signup form is a request to discuss membership. It does not create a subscription, charge a card, or grant access to an operational sales dashboard.
